About the Role

The SAP AI Nexus initiative integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the SAP ERP ecosystem to transform business operations across finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, and HR. This project aims to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and leverage predictive analytics for smarter and more agile business management.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an SAP AI Integration Architect who can design, architect, and implement AI-powered capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate will bridge AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics) with SAP environments to drive intelligent automation and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI integration architecture with SAP (S/4HANA, BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP Leonardo).
• Identify business processes for AI-driven automation and predictive insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists to train and deploy ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Lead integration testing (SIT, UAT) and optimize performance post-deployment.
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to embed AI into workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP architecture and integration experience.
• Strong background in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, or SAP Leonardo.
• Proven experience with machine learning models, Python, and TensorFlow.
• Experience integrating AI services using OData, REST APIs, or event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics, chatbot integration (NLP), and data pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application or Technology Architect.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI model hosting.

About the Role

Join our SAP AI Nexus project to build and deploy machine learning and AI models that enhance SAP’s decision-making capabilities. The role focuses on creating AI solutions for demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, invoice automation, and customer chatbots.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and validate machine learning models using historical SAP and external datasets.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to align AI insights with business KPIs.
• Implement predictive analytics for finance, supply chain, and sales workflows.
• Build NLP-based chatbots for SAP user and customer interactions.
• Deploy and monitor models using SAP AI Core, BTP, and Python APIs.
• Document model design, assumptions, and performance metrics for compliance and retraining.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and data science.
• Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Azure ML / BTP AI.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration concepts.
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting models, and data engineering.
• Knowledge of NLP and conversational AI for chatbot development.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior participation in SAP AI or digital transformation projects.
